Casa De Elixir – Returns & Refunds Policy

Casa De Elixir is a trading name of Menage Limited, a company registered in Scotland. We want you to love every purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery (or in accordance with local legal requirements).
To be eligible:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
Products must be in resaleable condition
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened perfumes, wax melts, diffusers, candles, or skincare products unless the item is faulty
Decants & Sample Fragrances (Final Sale)
All fragrance decants and sample‑size perfumes are final sale. Because these items are easy to tamper with, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or faulty.
2. How to Start a Return
To begin the return process:
Contact our Customer Care team with your order number
We will issue a Return Authorisation and provide instructions
Send the item back to the address provided
Please do not return items without authorisation, as this may delay processing.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved
Original shipping costs are non‑refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part
Please allow a short processing time for the refund to appear on your account
4. Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for items of equal value, subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we can issue a refund instead.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.
